 The permissions are incorrect in the 0.7.6 tarball itself. Has someone
 reported the issue to the httplib2 maintainers?

 The attached patch fixes the issue in a temporary post-extract phase by
 setting the world-readable bit recursively on ${worksrcpath}. Is this safe
 and appropriate for this port?
