 Good point. In the past, I was used to different packages such as vim,
 vim-full and vim-tiny in other distributions. However, as you say, it
 seems like this has changed and others are now offering larger packages by
 default.

 Looking at ` :help +feature-list` suggests that only `:profile` is
 additionally enabled with +huge compared to +big... So a new default seems
 reasonable and I will add a `default_variant` with the next version
 update.
