 The oracle-instantclient library crashes in 64-bit mode on Lion and up;
 see #31521. I've verified this crash with php-oracle and TOra so I assume
 other ports including libzdb-oracle are affected too. Therefore this patch
 makes libzdb-oracle build 32-bit on Lion and up. I'll be doing similar
 patches for other ports using oracle-instantclient.
