 soci-devel fails to build, at least with clang on Xcode 4.4.1 on Mountain
 Lion. The error is:

 We fixed a [ticket:34378 similar problem in kdelibs4] recently so the fix
 here may be similar. It may be prudent to first try to update soci-devel
 to a newer upstream version; they may have fixed this already.
