 I have upgraded hg-forest to the latest version in r98008. It does not fix
 this problem for me.

 The port's [http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/ForestExtension homepage]
 says:

 > This third-party extension does not appear to be actively maintained.
 Consider using [http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/subrepos subrepos]
 instead.
