 This build failure appears to be caused by the upgrade of libpng14 to
 libpng15 in MacPorts about three weeks ago.  The attached patch turns off
 the compilation of GL-dependent code in arb and the build now completes
 successfully.  This disables the 3D rendering of rRNA molecules, which is
 a seldom used arb feature.  I have contacted the upstream developer about
 updating arb for lipng15 compatibility, but in the meantime let's use this
 workaround.
