 The attached patch updates autoconf-archive to 2012.09.08 with the
 following changes:

 * The homepage is now http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf-archive
 * The master site is now gnu.
 * The version (date) is now '.'-separated instead of '-'.
 * Dependencies of autoconf and automake are not needed anymore and
 removed.
