 Thanks. In the future please provide a unified diff instead of a complete
 new Portfile; this makes it easier to evaluate your changes.

 Note that our email domain is macports.org, not macports.com. But the vala
 port does not have a maintainer; Dan Ports merely appears to have been the
 last person to commit to it. So we don't need to bother him with this
 ticket.
