Comment (by bharper@…):

 Fixed. Removed the {{{PortIndex}}} and {{{PortIndex.quick}}} files, ran
 {{{selfupdate} (which went quickly), then ran {{{port upgrade outdated}}}
 (which did take a little while). No stops, no errors, all is well. I
 consider this closed.
