 PPL enables -Werror. While ccache passes all arguments to preprocessor,
 and clang will spit unused arguments warning. This will result in error
 when building ppl. Before ccache is fixed upstream, it is better to turn
 off ccache for ppl when building with clang. The patch is attached.
