 Updated to latest version which supports building with clang. Haven't
 tried 'make check' yet. Also notes:

 * The configure options have changed:
   - "--enable-progress-threads" doesn't exist anymore. Making variant
 "progressthreads" no-op.
   - Threads option changed from "--enable-mpi-threads" to "--enable-mpi-
 thread-multiple".
   - "--with-xgrid" doesn't exist. Dropped.
 * Make it work with both valgrind and valgrind-devel.
 * Fixed livecheck URL.
 * Failed to build with ccache. Disabled.

 Please review.
