 The log is full of various system headers complaining that:

 This sounds like a problem with your system headers, or perhaps with some
 port masking one of them. But first let's check: are you running Xcode
 4.6.1? If not, update to that. Then: are your command line tools up to
 date? To check, open Xcode, go to Preferences, then Downloads.
