 It built this time. This may have been the first time that I let it run
 all the way through. During previous build attempts I had killed `port
 install` so that I could install a different port, then ran `sudo port
 upgrade atlas` without running `sudo port clean atlas`.

 Is `use_parallel_build no` required?
