 When I try to install somebody port on my MacBook OS X 10.8, XCode 4.6.1
 there was terminal output:
 MacBook-Pro-a:~ a$ sudo port install Pallet

 Error: No valid Xcode installation is properly selected.
 Error: Please use xcode-select to select an Xcode installation:
 Error: sudo xcode-select -switch
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer # version 4.6.1
 Error:
 Error: The installed version of Xcode (2.0orlower) is too old to use on
 the installed OS version. Version 4.5.2 or later is recommended on Mac OS
 X 10.8.
