 Got the updated Portfile, cleaned the old build, tried to upgrade: results
 in the same issue. After looking back through older altas issues, it's
 almost as if atlas is not recognizing the computer's CPU when in 32-bit
 mode -- not quite, but similar. I'm not sure this is a MacPorts' issue,
 but the Portfile is complex enough that I'm not sure. I'll spend some time
 next week (later in the week) looking into this if it's still an issue
 then.
