 Sorry for the confusion. I tried to clean and install OpenSSH with
 +hpn+gsskex few times in two days. None of them work successfully.
 Intriguingly, OpenSSH built ok if no varian or only +gsskex was provided
 though. With solely +hpn, it was the same as no varian.
