 New port submission for py-restkit from
 http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/r/restkit

 Restkit is an HTTP resource kit for Python. It allows you to easily access
 to HTTP resource and build objects around it. It's the base of couchdbkit
 a Python CouchDB framework.

 Port is needed as a dependency for other submissions (e.g., py-couchdbkit
 update), and depends on another port, py-http-request (submitted in ticket
 #38895).
