 Robert,

 I had done the selfupdate and gone through the uninstall installed route
 that Blair suggested above.

 This is what I did just now:

    86  port -v uninstall installed
    87  cd /opt/local/var/macports/build/
    88  ls
    89  rm -rf *
    90  ls
    91  cd ..
    92  ls
    93  port -v sync
    94  port -v dmg bacula

 Command Completes !

 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_sysutils_bacula/bacula/work
 anns-imac:work root# ls -alrt

 RSYNC'd the .dmg over to  another iMac and installed it,,,,,

 But when I try to start bacula-fd looks like I have a wrapper problem.
