 Your new patch-setup.py.diff​ uses paths like `@@PREFIX@@/usr/bin` and
 `@@PREFIX@@/usr/lib`; this isn't correct. The old patch, which used
 `@@PREFIX@@/bin` and `@@PREFIX@@/lib`, was correct.
