 I suspect so, since the same thing happened for mysql55; see #39513.

 The patch is insufficient because it does not follow the
 [wiki:PortfileRecipes#stealth-updates stealth update recipe].

 The mysql51 port lists the same checksums as the mysql5 port so I assume
 it is equally affected.
