 #39906 makes it highly probably that the mysql51 checksums need to be
 updated as well. See over there.

 However, I haven't seen this problem in practice myself as there are a lot
 of MacPorts distfile mirrors for this port and they contain the file
 before the stealth upgrade (with checksums matching the current portfile).
