 That's a weird one indeed... I have now suddenly been able to reproduce
 this behaviour. I got things to work again after removing all of Qt
 Creator's configuration files from my home directory:
 {{{
 ~/.config/Nokia
 ~/.config/QtProject
 ~/Library/Application\ Support/QtProject/QtCreator
 ~/Library/Preferences/org.qt-project.qtcreator.plist
 ~/Library/Saved\ Application\ State/org.qt-project.qtcreator.savedState
 }}}
 Unfortunately I can't tell which exact file was the culprit, since I
 overzealously cleared the whole bunch at once.
