 It doesn’t have a ticket because it’s not a problem. It’s a security
 measure hard-coded into OS X’s dynamic linker, and it has no effect on
 searching for headers. If you want the warning to go away, remove the
 DYLD_ variables from your environment; otherwise just deal with the
 message.
