 There is no host key generated for ECDSA authentication which causes the
 following error message in the syslog.

 sshd[89708]: error: Could not load host key:
 /opt/local/etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key
 }}}
 The proposed patch adds key file generation for ECDSA authentication in
 the startupitem.start attribute.[[BR]]
 It also includes a missing '\' character in the first if statement of the
 startupitem.start attribute.
