The ports tree has been updated. To upgrade your installed ports, you

Has duplicate #40106. The log you attached is not from a clean build
attempt. Please
[http://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets.prerequisites
clean and try again] and then attach the new main.log file.
