Comment:

 Remember to fill in the Port field, and you don't need to Cc yourself when
 you are the reporter.

 This is a well-known problem, as of the version of `sed` in Mountain Lion.
 We need to set the locale to C, or whatever is appropriate for the file
 being modified.
