 Well, that's the log for py27-numpy; Larry wanted the log for bzip2, which
 is the port that's actually failing. However, if it's just a fetch failure
 like you showed us before, it's up to you to figure out why it failed and
 how to fix it, since it's a problem with the network between you and the
 servers; the servers are working fine.
