 MOV or MP4 files produced by kdenlive are not recognized as videos by
 Finder and won't play with SimpleMovieX or Quicktime. They will play with
 Windows Media player and I can use DVDVideoSoft to read in the MOV file
 and re-write it as an MP4, which is then recognized by OS X tools. So it
 seems the video/audio content is valid.
