 i.e. instead of depending on `port:curl-ca-bundle`, do `path:share/curl
 /curl-ca-bundle.crt:curl-ca-bundle` instead. Perhaps it can be switched to
 `path:share/curl/curl-ca-bundle.crt:certsync` later, once certsync builds
 better on more stuff...
