#40168: logrotate @3.8.6 fails to install its manpages

 Port logrotate no longer installs its manpages.[[BR]]
 I fail to see why this is happening, since as far as I can determine there
 is no difference in the archive structure and Portfiles between version
 3.8.6 and prior version 3.8.2.[[BR]]
 Version 3.8.2 installed the manpages fine, so I hope you can explain to me
 why this is failing in the latest version.[[BR]]
 With the proposed patch I got the manpages installed again.
