Comment:

 Since the tag on github starts with the letter 'v', you should add a 'v'
 at the end of the github.setup line as the optional argument (take a look
 in {{{_resources/port1.0/groups/github.1.0.tcl}}})

 Strangely enough, your checksums are wrong for me. Could you recheck them?
