 This issue is addressed in the updated packaging on
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/38516. Note that we also need the FreeBSD
 fix for blt committed as well (https://trac.macports.org/ticket/40203)
 otherwise the apbstools plugin in pymol will crash when the "Choose
 Externally Generated PQR" button is clicked under tcl/tk 8.6.
