 Setting {{{env['SHLIBVERSION']}}} in scons might work also for other
 versions of OS X.

 If someone knows if there is a way to __replace__ only CC in build.args,
 instead of doing
 {{{
 build.args-append CC=
 }}}
 feel free to let me know how.
