Comment:

 I'm reopening the ticket because the so-called-duplicate wasn't really
 resolved as one would wish to. While I'm not even able to run mkvtoolnix
 (I'm using upstream binary now), I'm almost sure that this problem hasn't
 been resolved in the meantime. I'm volunteering to fix this issue as soon
 as I will be able to run the binary.
