 On Mountain Lion, Xcode belongs in /Applications; you should put it back
 there.

 What output do you get from:

 {{{
 xcode-select --print-path
 }}}

 If that's pointing into /Applications/Utilities, it needs to be fixed with
 `xcode-select --switch`.
