Comment:

 You appear to be using the php5 port, not the php53 port.

 According to Google, that error is a php incompatibility with libxml 2.9
 and later. So either apply the patch to fix that old php version to work
 with libxml 2.9, or downgrade the libxml2 port to 2.8.x.

 Why do you need such an old php anyway?
