 The installation of gcc48 with the +universal optional fails. It does
 succeed without the +universal option. I've tried several variations
 starting with a clean install of macports followed by the port install
 gcc48 +universal command - also failed.

 Pasted below is the output from the console when I attempted to install
 gcc48 with +universal. I've attached the log file.


 $ sudo port install gcc48 +universal
