 I was just able to compile and run yelp @3.8.1 from a clean macports
 installation without needing the rest of devans repository, except for
 yelp-xsl.  So once the webkit-gtk patches in #39898 are accepted, I don't
 see any reason myself why this couldn't be committed to the main macports.
