 I can't reproduce this issue on OS X 10.9 Mavericks with Xcode 5.0.2. I
 just built `vim @7.4.052_0+huge+python27` and it worked fine for me. I
 assume the issue only exists in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or with a specific
 Xcode release. What is your Xcode version (use `xcodebuild -version` to
 find out)?

 Also, is this actually related to +python27? Could you please try to build
 vim without this variant using `sudo port build vim`?
