 We can't really help with developer preview versions of OS X or Xcode.
 ld64 builds fine on the public version of OS X 10.9 with Xcode 5.0.2.

 The version of clang that comes with that version of Xcode is "Apple LLVM
 version 5.0 (clang-500.2.79) (based on LLVM 3.3svn)"; if you see and older
 version than that when you run "clang -v", please update your Xcode
 command line tools.
