 This version of lilypond fails to build with the current MacPorts freetype
 @2.5.1, due to incompatible changes in freetype.  There is already a patch
 for this in the lilypond tree here:

 This doesn't quite apply cleanly to the 2.16.2_2 source, but the only
 issue is a superfluous patch to lily/freetype.cc, which can simply be
 ignored.

 After applying this patch (between the build failure and a retry of "port
 install"), it builds and passes a simple smoke test, though I haven't
 tested it extensively.
