 This is indeed a little bit weird, as the bots also seem to build falcon
 correctly, so that I seem to be a particular case.

 Just for reference, I looked a little bit more into it, and it seems that
 on Windows and Mac, falcon builds its own internal version of pcre, which
 does not get internally installed properly in my case. Forcing to use the
 external library solves the issue.
