 One method: in the Finder, select "Go to Folder" from the "Go" menu, type
 (or paste) "~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" and press Return or click
 OK.

 Another method: in a Terminal window, type (or paste):

 {{{
 open ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
 }}}

 and press Return.
