 Please run `sudo ghc-pkg recache` or `sudo port deactivate hs-
 base64-bytestring && sudo port activate hs-base64-bytestring`. If
 `base64-bytestring` still doesn't show up in `ghc-pkg list`, please attach
 the output of `ghc-pkg check`.
