 Also, note that you apparently downloaded the expat-2.0.1.tar.gz distfile
 in June of 2010. So whatever caused this permission error may have been a
 problem on your computer then but might no longer be a problem. You could
 delete the directory /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/expat/ and try
 again. If other directories in /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ have
 similar unusual permissions you could delete them too. MacPorts will re-
 download distfiles as needed.
