 I would be interested in this package, it would be a dependency for an
 other package. For the moment I leave just this request, because I will
 not be able to implement and test it soon.

 Not sure if the proposed name is the most appropriate. It imports with
 `libcloud` but `apache-libcloud` is used in PyPI.
