 Ok, so is it possible to force the buildbot to rebuild texi2html even
 though the Portfile was not upgraded?

 If this is not possible, would it be acceptable to increase the revision
 number in order to force the rebuild?

 Rebuilding the port seems necessary at least on Snow Leopard.
