 [http://www.nongnu.org/texi2html/ Texi2HTML] was subsumed by
 [http://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/ Texinfo] a while ago. It’d be great
 if the few ports that currently require it could switch to using Texinfo
 so we could retire the `texi2html` port.
