Comment:

 In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field and Cc
 the port maintainers ({{{port info --maintainers terminator}}}).

 Utlimately you need to do what it says. Namely:

 {{{
 To install terminator with the +python27 variant, vte must be installed
 with the +python27 variant.
 }}}

 However, this could probably be better handled with the active variants
 portgroup.
