 Hmm, these lines were added in r114980:

 build.args-append       CC="${configure.cc} ${configure.cc_archflags}"
 destroot.args-append    CC="${configure.cc} ${configure.cc_archflags}"
 }}}
 But this is wrong for ports using the muniversal portgroup, which this
 port is.

 See the gstreamer1 port which handles this correctly with a more
 complicated block.
